This Privacy Policy explains how Top NoCoders FZCO (“Top NoCoders”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit Ready on the Day, create a practice profile, use our assessment-preparation services or communicate with us.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

  • Contact and profile information: email address, profession, target exam or assessment, test date, preferred language and account details.
  • Practice content: answers, writing samples, recordings, transcripts, uploaded materials, scores, feedback and practice history.
  • Transaction information: the product selected, amount, currency and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser, device, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers and diagnostic information.
  • Advertising events: actions such as viewing an offer, submitting a lead, adding a product to a cart and starting checkout.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, personalise and improve practice experiences;
  • generate transcripts, feedback and estimated readiness scores;
  • create and administer accounts, orders and customer support;
  • protect the service, prevent fraud and troubleshoot problems;
  • measure product usage and advertising performance;
  • send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal grounds

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information because it is necessary to provide a requested service or take steps before entering a contract; because you have given consent; because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the service; or because we must comply with law. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

4. Cookies, analytics and Meta advertising

We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand traffic, measure conversions and show more relevant advertising. These tools may include the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.

When Meta Business Tools are enabled, Meta and other third parties may collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet—including device information, cookie identifiers, page visits and conversion events—and use it to provide measurement services and to target and deliver advertisements. Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

You can manage advertising preferences in your Meta account, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info, or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance at youronlinechoices.eu. Where consent is legally required, non-essential advertising technologies should not be activated until you consent.

5. Who receives information

We may share information with:

  • hosting, database, email, analytics and customer-support providers;
  • AI and speech-processing providers used to generate practice feedback;
  • payment processors such as Stripe;
  • advertising and measurement partners, including Meta;
  • professional advisers, regulators or authorities where legally required;
  • a buyer or successor in connection with a business transaction.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the service, maintaining transaction and security records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, transfer of information, or withdrawal of consent. You may also object to certain uses and opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link.

To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where you live.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Ready on the Day is intended for adults preparing for professional exams and assessments. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

10. AI-generated feedback

Practice feedback and readiness estimates may be generated with artificial intelligence. They are educational aids, not official exam results, professional decisions or medical advice. We do not use them to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service or law changes. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date.

Privacy questions may be sent to Managing Director Zubair Lutfullah Kakakhel at [email protected], or by post to the company address shown above.
